Project Scope: King Rose performed the complete restoration of the world’s largest and most prestigious library housed within a social club. The scope included installation of custom-fabricated light fixtures in 55 lighting zones controlled by the sophisticated Lutron GRAFIK Eye® system. King Rose refinished original woodwork, artfully rehabilitated damaged stone elements, and applied gold leaf to ornamental elements throughout the vaulted rooms. King Rose’s craftsmanship, executed within an aggressive summer schedule, was so well received that the University Club hosted a grand opening reception for its members to revel in the library’s refurbished glory.
