Project Scope: Northwell Health needed to expand its cardiology center in Queens, but the facility would continue to serve patients daily during construction, requiring strict dust and noise mitigation. Experts in construction within occupied spaces, King Rose successfully executed a full renovation that included new exam rooms, offices, lavatories, storage, plus all new plumbing, electrical, millwork, and a new HVAC system.
