Macklowe Gallery

445 Park Avenue at 57th Street, Manhattan

David Fratianne Architect PLLC – DFA

Sabir, Richardson & Weisberg

Project Scope : Macklowe Gallery moved to 445 Park at 57th Street, in a wide-windowed corner ground floor space of over 6000 square feet. King Rose transformed the former bank space into an elegant setting for Macklowe’s museum-quality acquisitions. The build includes a first floor main gallery space, mezzanine library, and lower level showroom for their extended collection of decorative arts pieces sought by private collectors and museums from around the globe. In the employee-only spaces of the gallery, King Rose built a large open office, kitchen/break room, photo studio, mail room and additional storage spaces.
