King Rose built Los Angeles based Mother Denim’s first showroom in New York City in the heart of SOHO. The buildout included custom millwork accenting the landmarked building’s industrial roots and sophisticated lighting controls that highlighted the garments. The showroom also included private executive offices, an expansive pantry and bathrooms with handmade Moroccan tiles.

The original project schedule was for 96 days yet the client needed to open up for Fashion week and the scheduled was expedited and completed within 80 days.

The building’s owner, Simon Zar, provided to King Rose the following feedback upon completion “Holy crap. Mother looks sick!” Thank you Simon – we agree!
