The Clifton House, which is also known as The Clifton Apartment Hotel, is an attractive, pre-war Italian Renaissance palazzo style building that was constructed in 1926. The Clifton House Owners Corp. hired King Rose to gut renovate 16 floors of public corridors while the building was fully occupied.

King Rose built custom coffered ceilings, installed new lighting, wall covering, signage and other finishes to restore his prewar gem. Close coordination with the residents and managing agent minimized the impact to the residents despite the invasive nature of the work which included restoring the entrance doors to each unit.
