Project Scope: Hudson East hired King Rose to build the exterior and interior of an East Village residential lobby to update the original 1990’s buildout.
The project design included installation of custom-made lighting and fixed architectural elements to best unify the space. The project also included upgrades to the mailroom, the elevator landings on each floor, and technology upgrades for improved building communications. We coordinated careful staging that allowed the lobby to remain open and accessible to residents throughout the construction.
