We are seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator working out of our Midtown office

Key Responsibilities
- Answering the phone
- Sorting the mail
- Ordering office supplies.
- Greeting guests and receiving deliveries
- Making reservations and managing a calendar
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent with 1 - 3 years of office experience
- Microsoft Office: Minimum 2 years
Preferred Skills
- NY Notary
- Basic Desktop Support

- 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
