King Rose’s experienced team of construction professionals provides comprehensive and hands-on general contracting services to our customers. We employ a full team of construction professionals to support each project from initial estimation and bidding processes through final approval and completion. We see our general contracting projects from start to finish and provide comprehensive services, including development of site logistics, safety and work plan, permitting, project management/site supervision, shop drawings and submittals, cost reporting, final inspections and occupancy and commissioning and project closeout. We focus our general contracting services on Office, Retail, Residential, Exteriors and Restoration projects.

King Rose’s team of experienced estimators apply a sound knowledge of building materials and construction best practices in creating accurate and detailed estimation reports.
